Dear Bradley,

This is Dylan P. from the Operations Department at Cassava (Gibraltar) Ltd.
Cassava (Gibraltar) Ltd operates "Reef Club Casino".

I am contacting you in regards to your Reef Club Casino account with
username "xxx".

Our Bonus Policy states that Reef Club Casino reserves the right to
withhold the amount of the bonus from player's cashout funds
if the bonus is wagered less than the required amount.

Your game history shows that you requested a cash out without
wagering the bonus funds correctly according to this Bonus Policy.

Hence you may cancel this current cashout from your account,
wager the remaining amount of $3882 accordingly and then request
a new cash out, which will be duly processed. However, if
you will not, then the cashout will be returned back to
the bankroll upon completing the awaiting process period.
From there, you will be required to wager the bonus correctly
and may then request a cashout.

Kindly be advised that failure to wager the bonuses according
to the Bonus Policy could lead to your cashouts being
transferred back to the bankroll again or possibly even
termination of your account.

To enjoy all benefits of your membership, kindly follow
all our policies, which you may find at the Help Section
on our website.

If you have any questions or require any other assistance,
please contact us.

I'm curious how much time passed after you tried to cash out until you received this email?

I did a quick hit & run on Friday night, and have not received any emails fromt them, and I'm still waiting for the funds to hit my neteller.

What's your point Sponger?

The bonus policy on reef club's website is:

# All New Members will receive a Bonus of 100% on their first deposit to their Reef Club Casino Account. The Bonus is for a maximum of $200.
# The "First Deposit Bonus" may be cashed out only after an amount totaling no less than five (5) times the First Deposit amount has been wagered (i.e., to cash out a $20 Bonus, received for a $100 First Deposit, the Member must wager a total amount equaling no less than $500).

1. The "First Deposit Bonus" will not be applied in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
2. Wagers on Roulette or Craps bets do not qualify.

# Reef Club Casino Bonuses, excluding the "First Deposit Bonus," may be cashed out only after an amount totaling no less than five (5) times the Bonus amount received has been wagered (i.e. a $20 Dollar Bonus must be wagered in a total amount equaling no less than $100).

1. Wagers on Roulette or Craps bets do not qualify.

# All Bonuses must be wagered at Reef Club Casino within three months of being credited to a Member's Account. Any Bonuses not used within this time period will be automatically revoked by Reef Club Casino. Any promotional offers extended to Members (whether of bonuses or otherwise) must be claimed by the Member within three months of the date of notification of the offer.
# Reef Club Casino's Bonus Policy applies to all event or promotion funds received in excess of regular payouts.
# Reef Club Casino reserves the right to withhold the amount of any Bonus from a Member's Cash Out.
# In the event of abuse, Reef Club Casino reserves the right to discontinue the Player's Reef Club Casino Membership and to prevent the Player from accessing the Casino in the future.

OP stated he had the correct # of points. And even if he didn't, how could the amount remaining to be wagered be nearly $4k on a $200 bonus? It doesn't reflect the stated policy.

Peter

PS Wait a sec - the 5x example given uses a 20% bonus, i.e. 25x the bonus amount. If they meant for the 100% bonus to have the same multiple, it would require $5000 of wagers. If OP cashed after just over $1,000, that would leave just under $4,000 by this measure.

I think they screwed up the bonus policy, and are looking for $5,000 in wagers.

The T&C required me to wager 5x the deposit amount of $200 for a WR of $1000. I went a little bit over that amount but it seems to me like they're changing this to be a $5,000 WR instead of $1,000.

I signed up and completed the WR on Friday night. I requested my cashout on Sunday night. I received the e-mail about 15 hours after requesting my cashout.

I also did a quick hit n run but I not only did 1K in cover betting I also had a $200 bet and a $165 bet on 1 hand of BJ so if they were to try anything with me I would be like wtf I am GAMBLING as my bets show. I loss on those 2 hands and I get screwed.

People that have been bonus whoring know that when you do these kinds of bonuses make sure you do cover so you dont have problems.

Im pretty sure they just made an error. I cant even imagine how many cashouts they are processing from this past weekend. Seems like somebody on their end messed up on the math.
It will get fixed.

Not yet, I'm still at work but was just checking my home webmail and saw the e-mail from them.

I'll reply when I get home and have all my Neteller info, time/date of deposit/withdrawal, etc..

I was going to bonus whore at Reef, but this makes me nervous. Please post when this gets resolved one way or another (which I'm sure you were planning to do anyway). Until I hear that this was resolved favourably, I'm staying away from Reef. Which is too bad, because I just finished whoring all the IGM sites and I'm looking for new whoring opportunities.

could you tell about your experience with the IGM Sites.. i've found the following bonuses there, and am just about to start em up...

SIGNUPS:
DEPOSIT AMT, CASINO NAME, %, PLAYTHROUGH, CODE
$100 STARLUCK CASINO (IGM) 100%, $1600 PT "WIN100"
$100 PLANETLUCK CASINO (IGM) 100%, $1600 PT "100"
$150 ACECLUB CASINO (IGM) 30% $500, $5200 PT "300"
$100 CASINOCOUNTY (IGM) 100%, $3000 PT "CC100"

Reloads:
$100 PLANETLUCK CASINO (IGM) IGMPAY $500, $1800PT
$100 ACECLUB CASINO (IGM) IGMPAY $500, $1800PT
$100 CASINOCOUNTY CASINO(IGM) IGMPAY $500,$1800PT
$100 STARLUCK CASINO (IGM) IGMPAY$500, $1800PT
now i completed starluck last nite and the 8 hours have past from the chip buy-in.. however when I try to cash out it says I have yet to complete the $1600 PT.. however a thread on BW says this is common, and just wait some more time for the cashout. thats BS, but whatever

what I posted above is a quick $850 profit if you stay even through you play.. even more if you get lucky... based on the EV/SD crap I've studied and read about.. it's almost a sure profit /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Send an e-mail to support, and they will release your bonus. I had to do this at every casino, but they responded quickly. If I remember it still took a day or 2 to process the cashout, but they all came through OK. I wish there were more IGM sites to hit!

Now I'm getting e-mails from Planetluck every 2 weeks or so saying they have put $10 in my account for free because I haven't played there in a while. I sure don't mind getting money for nothing!

I can't say enough good things about IGM casinos. They have been very good to me.

Will one of you who has received this e-mail call their support, and let the rest of us know? Seems like that would be an easy solution.

I just looked at their web site again, and it specifically says 5 x the DEPOSIT AMOUNT, so your play should hypothetically be good. I don't know where the 25x requirement would have come from, but I'm curious.

Here's one for the math junkies - Deposited $200 to whore the 100% bonus, now on a lucky streak up $102 with $340 wagered. ASSUMING reef renegs on the $1000 wager requirement and changes it to $5000, is it +EV to continue playing, or better to cash out and leave the bonus behind?

Same email I got. Says I need to wager another $4000 on my account, which is a 25x playthrough, not 5x like their website bonus policies state.

Cool. I'm curious because I was out of town for the weekend, and only made my deposit into the site, but haven't played yet.

Because I haven't played yet, I e-mailed their support a few minutes ago to "clarify" the wagering requirements, since the bonus policy section of their site says it's 5x the deposit, but uses an example where the bonus was only 20%.

I'll post what they reply. I'm going to clarify this before I start any wagering.

I just called their support and they said that the email is wrong, but he didn't know what happened. So I have to wait to hear back from their Operations Department before cashing out.

Not sure if that is a good thing or bad......

I would suggest calling their support number and they will straighten everything out.

Hey sorry about the delay in replying - Everquest II has got a grip on me and it won't let go!

This is cleared up - the WR was only $1,000 and my $375 is on it's way to Neteller /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Not too sure about that but I agree WoW is an awesome game. I beta tested WoW during the first stress test 2 months ago and the game ran flawlessly on my computer. Last week when FilePlanet subscribers could get into the 2nd stress test before open beta I downloaded the new client and it wouldn't run for more than 10 minutes without crashing.

I haven't had a problem with EQ II yet. Man EQ II is huge - 2 DVD's or 10 CD's to install that bad boy.
