New to the table. No reads. How do you tackle this hand?

Once he called my turn bet I would bet the river, especially if I intended to call a bet. He is not that likely to be value betting a non-flush here, but I doubt he lays down a big queen. I also don't think your hand is strong enough to be forced to call a river raise.

I sometimes 3-bet the flop and sometimes call. When I nonspade falls on the turn I bet again. I can check-fold the turn after the BB calls my 3-bet. When I bet the turn I would also bet the river when I'm planning to call a bet.
