I need a new video card for a dual monitor setup with a Dell 2001FP. I am told DVI performs better then the VGA. For now I will just use my old VGA 19" as a second monitor but it seems like a good idea to get a dual-DVI head card in case I go to two flat screens in the future. It is cheap to convert from DVI connector to VGA but not possible the other way.

Dual-head DVI cards seem to be pretty rare, with funky ones from Matrox and expensive workstation ones also. Does anyone have experience or comments for:
Asus 2 (http://usa.asus.com/products/vga/v9520vs/overview.htm)
or
Asus 1 (http://usa.asus.com/products/vga/v9560vs/overview.htm)

They are quite reasonably priced.

What cards are you using with your Dual 2001FP's?
Is DVI really better then VGA?

Thanks

If you can get the not so great "search" to work right!
There have been all kinds of posts about video cards.
Alot in the last week and a half or so.

I did search, these asus cards were not mentioned, plus many seem to be happy with a DVI+VGA card.
