Yes, you are HU and he has not given you a reason to stop. I would fold to a check raise on the turn though until I had a better read on him.

I don't bet here, I think it is likely that two pair with ace kicker will at best tie anything he would call with and loses to anything he re-raise with. I don't see him calling with less than ace high and not knowing him means I don't know if he likes to fold at the river so I check behind and see what he was defending the SB with by just calling.
