Searching for posts beyond 5 months old

I was trying to look for some of my early posts, as it's nearly my first birthday here. I remember saying some real crud during my first few weeks of posting.

I was wondering how to search for them? doing a username search only yields stuff up to 6/6/04. I remember posting waaaay back before then.

Can anyone with more search function nouse give me a PM or reply with some tips? I thought it'd be beneficial for the microers to see what a muppet my comments were, so they can see what 2+2 forums have to offer to the dedicated.
