You have to be VERY sure you're beat to fold this river. UTG probably doesn't have a 6 (he might be slowplaying though) -- you're likely facing UTG's XXd.

On the river, you need to be 94% sure you are beat to fold.
I think the odds UTG has either a diamond or a 6 are very high.
