AAA Flop

First of all I should not have even been in this hand in the first place I accidentally hit call pre-flop while playing active hands at two other tables. After that though I am curious what people think about my play. I figured that on the flop I might have the best hand, anyone with a KQ would probably have raised pre-flop. On the turn I probably shoud have taken a free card but I semi bluffed again. On the river I hit what I wanted, but MP1 now wakes up. At that point I was guessing he had a smaller pocket pair and was slow playing.

Thoughts?

Looks fine to me, probably hit a J as well or was slowplaying quads. Just because you most likely will split I dunno if I would 3-bet, if the player is normal then he probably doesnt have an underpair or K high.
