Raising with AT

What is the cutoff point at which you will not raise with Ace-Ten if it is folded to you pre-flop?

It's an easy raise as a blind steal on the button. It can be successful from one off the button. Do people raise with this starting hand from further off the button?

It depends on who is behind me, but I will generally open raise from MP as well. Folding isn't that bad of an idea, just don't call
