AK miss flop, turn gets checked vs player on tilt

AT this time everybody knows about the table-maniac who has a very good run of flops and rivers. (I cant say hole-cards cause they stink pre-flop!) The maniac has put UTG+1 <font color="purple">(SL-P1)</font> on tilt after a few insane badbeats and UTG+1 <font color="purple">(SL-P1)</font> has loosened up considerably preflop.

CO is fairly tight but not very aggressive postflop.

I would have bet the turn, looks like hes on a draw to me

I just call the river, youve got NO clue where you are at. You dont want to get 3 bet, and its not certain he will even call your raise with a worse hand.
