check this out:

hand: Qd 2s Js As

board on turn: 4h 5s Ts Ah

of course, the river was a ten of hearts :[ i'm just curious if there's an app (or a really bored player) that can calculate how many cards gave me the nut hi, the nut lo, and both

Nut lows (3): 3c,3d,3h

Nut highs (9): Kc,Kd,Ks,Qs,9s,8s,7s,6s,4s

Both (1): 3s

Any other 3 creates the potential for somebody to have a 7-high straight with 76.

A 6,7, or 8 on the river will not give you the nut-low since somebody could hold 32.

That 3s would have been nice to see.

Since a low is not already on the table, it is also interesting to figure out all 'scoop outs'. There are more cards than 3s which guarantees the scoop, namely Ks,Qs,9s.

Oops. You're right.

That's my total inexperience in Omaha8 showing.

I was a really bored player last night.

From wow's original post:

"board on turn: 4h 5s Ts Ah"

I'm even worse at Omaha8 than I thought. Obviously, there is a low on that board so my original analysis stands...

...until somebody finds another mistake.
