Some ppl might be raising with 2 pair on the river. I think it's worth a call, but not a 3-bet for sure.

Someone holding onto a 9 or AK here? I'm tempted to 3-bet although I have no idea what else MP2 could have here that would induce him to raise.

Hi.
Looks standard, and unfortunate. I would say it seems about 90% of the time he raises this river the doof has a nine or AK and you lose. But you still need to call it down for that 10% he got excited over something else.
