That's pretty weak unless you're pretty sure somebody just hit a straight or BB is slow playing his trips.

This is typical BB hitting trips behavior on Party.

I would still call this down, even if he is beat he still has a re-draw for a FH.

I wouldn't call 2-outs a strong re-draw.

I would count the 9's as outs also. It is no where near certain that someone has a 9. I think it is worth it for one bet.

I thought we were assuming Hero was behind likely trips. If he's behind a straight, you're right.

At 2/4 or higher, I would call this down. The board is very bluff-able and a lot more players will try it. At 0.5/1, I think this is a good fold.

Why would you lay this down on the turn raise? Do you have a read on the BB that makes you think he has a 9 or called the preflop raise with Q-T? I think this is a fairly routine call. I could see the BB having a T in his hand and having an OESD (though I'm not suggesting that the BB's raise was smart, if this was true). I also wouldn't have put him on JJ, QQ, KK, or AA.

I think this was a good fold. Unless, the BB is known to bluff, I don't think calling down would be beneficial here.
