nonstandard games in casinos

with david z. and his mississipi game i wonder if theres any chance at all. we were going to play 5 card omaha one night (game got shorthanded, someone said lets play 5 card, we said ok) but the floor said something like theyre not allowed to spread that or something. (gaming board or something) ?

ive posted this before, but during the most recent wsop i saw two guys playing a side game of 10 card triple draw lowball heads up. 25-50 blinds no limit.

There's a new online game, gutspoker.com that has som non-standard stuff. It has a couple of Guts games for real money...kinda cool idea. Plus there look to be five card stud tables.
