KK - Loose Passive wakes up on turn

BB was loose passive. In an earlier hand he'd bet when he spiked top pair on the turn against me, so I thought there was a chance he was betting an 8. My plan was raise and fold to a reraise. Is that just stupid? Is the river crying call alright? Thanks.

That's fine. I doubt he'd re-raise if he's loose-passive though.

I would raise that river. If he had a 7 he probably would have check raised you on the flop or he would have bet out.
