6max, UTG folds, UTG+1 limps in (very loose, fishy preflop, likes to limp in with a lot of hands--haven't seen anything shown down, haven't noticed much about postflop play), you raise with AQ, everybody else folds, heads up.

Flop 5-4-4 rainbow.

he checks, you bet, he calls.

turn 4.

he checks, you bet, he calls.

river 3.

he checks...

I think you're ahead fairly often, and since he knows that board didn't help you I think he'll call fairly often, too. Go ahead and bet it.

I myself would check because you will only be called by a hand better than yours, and I dont see him folding if he has any piece of it whatsoever.

I am not sure if there is anything I like better than an A high value bet. I usually don't do it without a solid read on the player though. With your description of this player I think there is a really solid chance that he has a low pair, or would fold his overs he was chasin to your bet at the river. I probably check behind here.
