3-handed play. Button here is moderately aggro and solid, has a wide range of raising hands from button short-handed. Cards for me had been running fairly well and hadn't had much of a need to make any plays. I thought this was a good spot to get frisky.

5/10 on full kill (10/20)

I get J7 spades in BB.
Button raises, SB calls, Hero calls.

Flop: Qxx two spades.
I check, check, Button bets, 1 fold, I call.

Turn: brick.
I check, Button bets, I check-raise, Button calls.

River: brick.
I bet, Button thinks for about 20 seconds and mucks.

i dont know much about short handed, but this is a play i have seen work pretty well. when games are either short handed or full of better playing, tighter players, people tend to respect CR's a whole lot more. a turn CR bluff can normally knock somebody off ace high or something like that...like i said before, i dont know much about the play, but when it is shorthanded, and the other play has not connected he might call down if you just bet, but a CR can push him out.
