OK, I've ordered the 2nd Lederer DVD, which supposedly has a handy table of head-up race odds in it (although I've seen at least one archived post that asserts the chart has mistakes in it).
But are there any other printed sources of these odds? I haven't seen them in any NL book, and I've got most of the standards.
My other option is to produce a chart myself using a simulator such as Poker Probe. I may go ahead and do this since it won't be that much work...
