Come on folks, I want some estimates of the exact time of his concession.

I think he sees the futility in the next half hour and concedes at 3:25am EST.

Kerry should not concede until it's obvious he has no chance to win. If he did, he would be letting down almost half of the country. This is not a partisan thing, I would expect GW to do the same thing.

With all the work he's done up to this point, it would be like building up a $1 million dollar pot and then folding if for $1. Even if it looks like he's screwed, he's gotta call.

With his call to me, Kerry seems to be on schedule for a Noon concession speech.
