Pre-flop Aggression Factor on PT Auto Rate

When setting up PT's auto-rate feature, I chose not to "Include Pre-flop Numbers in TOTAL Aggression Factor" on the Rules screen. Is there much benefit to including pre-flop numbers (I play primarily 2/4 & 3/6)? What is considered to be the common use of this feature?

I don't use Pre-flop numbers since it is redundant if you are looking at Pre-flop raises.
