I don't think I'd fold this. The 5 likely didn't change his hand, you're getting 8.25:1 on a call with second pair and an overcard. If you think your A &amp; T outs are good that's about what you'd need (if I did my math right). You might minus the A /images/graemlins/heart.gif though it doesn't really look like he's playing a flush draw to me.
