Rebuy Limit Tourney structure?

I am playing next week in a limit tourney with unlimited rebuys in first hour and one add on after that hour. Given how unlikely it is that anyone could go broke in that period, I'm not sure why they do this other than to beef up the prize pool.

I assume that the smartest strategy is to rebuy once as early as possible and then add-on, but to otherwise play a standard tight game.

Does anyone have any different wisdom on this structure?

Seems like a sound strategy

For NL, you want to play more aggressive in the first hour and have a deep wallet just in case

Take the rebuys when you start and the addon, then pretty much play it as a cash game during the rebuy period.
