I don't think this stop and go should slow you down.

BB is passive so I would just call down. If he only has two pair you have a good chance to counterfeit it. If you call and UTG+1 raises you get to see if BB likes his hand enough to 3-bet. If he does you are likely drawing to 2 outs and can probably fold.
