What is the maximum reasonable time charge for, say, a 1/2 NL game?

I can't really answer the question other than to say the $5/half hour they charge for the 1/2 blinds no-limit at Foxwoods seems really high to me -- a sentiment that has been echoed by other posters here. If the game wasn't so fishy, I'd never play it....

A typical raked 1-2 no limit game might drop $100-$130 an hour for the house. That would roughly equate to a $5/half to $6/half time charge. However, with time you are paying MORE than you will if you are a tight player, and thus rarely pay the rake yourself. Personally, I would not want to play 1-2 no limit with a time charge of anything more than $5/half, but even then I would obviously be paying considerably more, perhaps double, what I usually pay.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I'm definitely on the tight side. I was playing in a NYC club last night that charges $4 per 1/2 hr for 1/2 NL, and felt I would be much better off in a raked game.
