Earn in various games

I am wondering what people think about the possible edge in a few different games. Let's assume you are an equally excellent player in each of three different games: Limit Hold-em, Seven Stud High and Seven Stud Eight or Better. My questions are:


1) In which of the games is your overall earn the greatest (at any given level)?


2) How does the bankroll requirement compare in each of the games?


3) How does the session and overall fluctuation compare in each of the games?


4) How does the expected time to double a 300 bet bankroll compare in each of the games?

Low-limit stud vs. low-limit hol'em:

I believe that a good player will earn more in stud than in hol'em.


Medium-limit stud vs. medium limit hol'em:

I believe that a good player will earn more in hol'em than in stud


Higher-limit stud vs. higher limit hol'em:

I believe that a good player will earn more in hol'em than in stud.


Bankroll Reqs.:

I believe that a descent comfortable bankroll in both stud and hol'em is 600 Big Bets.

This bankroll should be more than sufficient in any limit game.


I'm not able to comment on any other parts of your question.

I do not have any "gut" feeling about the fluctuations.
