I'm new to 10/20 6max also, but here are my thoughts anyway.

Hand 1 looks ok since you said he is passive post flop and he sure went off on the flop. Without that note I'd raise the turn. EDIT: I'd raise thinking A9 or K9 would be played this way by many, I believe.

Hand 2 I'd 3-bet the flop and lead the turn ... you say he is a huge LAG, and then you wus out with TPGK? Punish him. /images/graemlins/grin.gif
