You could have raised a bit more on the flop, to give bad odds for anyone drawing on this coordinated board. The outcome wouldn't have changed, because they would have probably taken another card with bad odds anyway, but you want their money in there if they are going to do that. Pushing the turn is fine. The villain didn't even really play this badly enough post-flop to call it a bad beat. He had close to proper odds on the flop and the turn.

You didn't raise enough on the flop. Dangerous board out there, even if you have trips, so go out and raise to about 300.

That, and you got rivered out by a flush.

Thanks for your comments.
I agree that my raise on the flop was kinda weak, but it was definetely meant (at least at this game limits) that I had a T in my pocket. And I think you're right that my bigger raise would be also called. The one thing I would desagree with that villian had about right odds on the turn. Assuming that he knew I had a T, it means I had 31 to 13 advantage (70%+) to win. So with a pot 1490 to call 805 pot odds must be better.

Agree. I played flop kinda weak. May be in that particlar hand I would be called anyway, but in general I had to raise higher.

Exactly. People are willing to call with improper odds on the flop more than any other street, so go ahead and overcharge the draws. You don't necessarily want them to go away, you just want them to make bad calls.

Even the "thinking player" will make improper calls on the flop, due to the common mistakes of a) assuming all of his outs are 'clean', b) calculating his odds based on 2 cards to come instead of 1, and c) applying generous 'implied odds' that aren't always there.

i like betting out a small chunk on the flop and punishing the draws who will routinely semi-bluff with a fat reraise or push

if i did check first time i definately raise more when it comes back to me

biggest mistake is posting a boring hand
