How do folks on this site post their hands so neatly?

I play at Pacific, and ultimatebet, and I can't seem to figure out how to easily post hands on this forum.

Which sites support this the best?

Do I need poker tracker to do this? If so, which sites work best with it?

Most of the "pretty" hand histories have been run through bisonbison's Hand Converter:

But I don't think Paradise is supported.
