Heads up at the Commerce

I need some help with heads up play and wanted to know if anyone can recommend some good books that deal with this subject.

I recently played two single table tourney's at the commerce and i got down to heads up play both times (10 handed to begin with) but i got destroyed after that. I think i just got really tight for some reason and started to throw hands away that i should have played.
At the tables i seem to do well when i get it to heads up but my mentality just changes for some reason when it's in a live tourney. Thanks for the help
