I don't know about Alice but rumour has it that Queen Elizabeth was quite keen on sex in her marriage. Especially in the early years. They say that her husband found it hard to keep up with her voracious appetite. He resorted to locking himself up in his chambers at nights, ostensibly busy with work.

You wouldn't know by looking now at Her Majesty and her little housewife handbag, would you?
