SuperUltraMegaFishy...now THAT'S funny!

8 2+2er's at the table now. The 2 fish have no clue!

I hated that hand. Pot odds said I HAD to call, considering how LAGgy the table's been. But I figured I was cooked. Sure didnt see the QQ tho, nice hand.

SuperUltraMegaFishy is still holding up money-wise since I started watching. How much did he start with?

He's down around $10 overall, but he's holding our own. He doesn't know it, but calling down is a great strategy against a lot of our more aggressive plays.

Calling on the river is absolutely atrocious. The Check-3bet on the turn is a sign of IMMENSE strength. You would need something just as big to call with.

just curious, why don't you 3-bet that flop?

Sucks for "2+2er's" AA-KK.

So I can checkraise (ended up being check-3bet) the turn. If I 3-bet the flop, 2+2er may put me on AA, KK, QQ, possibly AQ, and since I've been lagging it up preflop, maybe TT. Either way, it's very possible that I lose an extra SB from him in exchange for 1BB later, or in this case, an extra 2-3BB. The only case where this is really a mistake is when he has AA, KK, or TT, because he'll cap my 3-bet and I could still checkraise the turn. I'm trying to sell that I have JJ, AK, or 99 on the flop.

For the record, I agree with mr. nickle here. After that turn action and Mr. Fishy waking up, you aren't good here 1 in 20, let alone the requisite 1 in 10. Don't let my preflop drunken lagginess fool you; I still play decent postflop when I feel like it. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
