Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Gomez22 is BB with J/images/graemlins/spade.gif, J/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
UTG calls, UTG+1 raises, UTG+2 calls, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 calls, CO folds, Button folds, SB folds, Gomez22 calls, UTG calls.

Just like yesterday (with AKo) I flat call the PF raise by UTG+1..... don't know if this is good, bad or in the middle someplace. I have no reads at this point on UTG+1, and not much to go on with regards to either cold-caller.....

Flop: (10.50 SB) 6/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 8/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (5 players)
Gomez22 bets, UTG calls, UTG+1 raises, UTG+2 calls, MP3 calls, Gomez22 3-bets, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, UTG+2 calls, MP3 folds.

I was really hoping UTG+1 would raise here and knock out some players, but I guess these are some stubborn bastids..... I had no real idea what to put any of them on, but thought UTG+1 would cap with AA, KK, QQ......

Turn: (12.25 BB) 6/images/graemlins/club.gif (4 players)
Gomez22 bets, UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 calls.

I got (what I thought to be at the time) my biggest concern regarding this pot to fold, when UTG+1 laid down his hand, but UTG & UTG+1 calling had me concerned somewhat

River: (15.25 BB) 3/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 players)
Gomez22 bets, UTG calls, UTG+2 calls.

Value bet time......

Final Pot: 18.25 BB
Main Pot: 18.25 BB, between UTG, UTG+2 and Gomez22.

Thoughts about this hand?

I really don't like your flat calls on these hands. JJ is almost always a 3-bet here for me.

I would have played it the same except would have re-raised preflop. Regarding "yesterday's" hand, AK is good for a re-raise against 1 raise in any position (edit: preflop, of course).

I honestly think I put alot of emphesis on position, especially in multi-way pots. This probably has to do with the 6 months or so that I quit playing limit and played nothing but NL....

I'm a position hound/freak, what can I say???

There's nothing wrong with being a position hound, but I think there is a line you can draw. JJ and AKo are giving up too much, I think, by not raising against players at these levels.
