They bombed Spain before that election.
They bombed the Australian Embassy before that election.
Why didn't they bomb us, instead of just releasing a tape?
Simple. Because Bush has succeeded in making it truly tough for a terrorist to attack us in this country. Bush's homeland security effort is a success.
What's the date of the election? It could happen yet.

Standard operating procedure for Al Quaeda is to issue a tape publicly with hidden signals in it for their cells.

It seems like some people are actually rooting for us to be attacked again.
It isn't easy stopping attacks in a free country like the US, we should be pleased that our efforts have succeeded so far.
