My Friend said he had a bonus code of OCTREL for party poker. I tried it and it didn't work. Are their bonuses player specific? Like, they offer you bonuses if you're account it empty?

yup, although when your account has been empty for sometime, I believe this is called a comeback bonus as opposed to a re-load bonus
