Hmm, I think going from male to female would probably be classified as downsizing. Ouch.

I don't think good players would be fooled, but it makes it that much easier to distract the bad players. (Plus the underwear is surprisingly comfortable.)

I've always thought that having a clearly female name on the poker sites was a +EV move. Just remember what Annie Duke told Letterman.

ummm, is your username jason? or is it female?

have you noted the effects of a transvestite username?

All the sites I play at, I play under the name of AwesomeAli.

Ali must be considered a male name as I am always referred to as a man at the tables (except by those who know me /images/graemlins/wink.gif) I am usually likened to the great Mohammad Ali by other players

Kinda winds me up too /images/graemlins/mad.gif

Let me asure you, I am ALL woman /images/graemlins/grin.gif

When I signed up it was male, but recently decided to change it (and my charcter) to female. I suspect that a lot of "female" characters on poker sites are really guys cross dressing...I think it has advantages although they are probably small. I'm all man underneath the dress. /images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Thats alright Ali, I play under Jurollo or Jurollo83 and I receive racial slurs all the time by people who think the "Ju" in jurollo stands for jewish, amazing what losers come up with.

I did this a while ago when I opened my empire account and made it a name with the word "coed" in it. I get comments all the time from people just b/c I'm a girl asking if I'm hot, etc. Although probably not much, I think it's +ev.

I wonder how many of the "girls" on party aren't really girls.

so, wearing the dress is a vital part of capitalizing on the gender change? do you find that wearing your dress puts you in the transgendered mindset, or do you just have an affinity for the female wardrobe?

actually, i think it SHOULD be a requirement that all males playing under female names have to wear womens clothes while playing.

If you don't mind sharing your sex change secrets, what reason did you provide Party for this?

Im confused, I play with the avatars off at party, but I was under the assumption that they were based on whatever chair you sat in. I didnt know you had a choice over them

Whichever seat you sit on at Party, it knows whether you are male or female and gives you the relevant avatar to match.

Congrats.

If it starts feeling good for you, check here (http://www.annelawrence.com/vaginoplasties.html) if you want to change more than just your avatar.

For $10K to $26K depending on who you choose, you too can learn the joys of yeast infections, having to pee sitting down, and making 72 cents to a man's dollar. /images/graemlins/cool.gif

having to pee sitting down

don't men already do this when they hit 300 pounds or 40 years?
