Quickly Raising Blinds

Is there any website that has slower raising blinds for MTT or even SnG tourneys? I am put off by the fact that you can get few games in, IMO, before the blinds raise. It seems to me that this introduces much more luck than skill because you don't have the time for the cards to even out, you have to play with even crap and try and win... It just seems to me that it would be much more skillful if you had the time to be semi-selective about hands, and much more enjoyable and predictable results. Let me know if a site like this exists, I play primarily on Pacific ATM.
