The argument that broke out in the vulture vs pony thread gave me the idea for this poll...

Gyarados is an unstoppable monster. He was the key to my winning in both Blue and Ruby.

Oh.. if you're talking Smash Brothers, then I have to take Pikachu. I always like super speed and jumping in that kind of game.

Charizard, and it isn't close. Do you see why?

............
I have been posting for over a year now (420+ posts) and up until this one I have never used either of the two most overused lines on 2+2.

Jigglypuff > all solo in Smash Bros games.

Otherwise, Psyduck is the best pokemon, and it's not even close.

SSMB is one of the most underated games ever on N64. The GC version isn't quite as good for some reason though.

My brother has both. I think the Gamecube version is obnoxious because of the moving, dangerous playing surfaces full of bells, whistles, and gongs.

i never went berserk on the game but i don't think jiggly is near the top tiers. marth, mewtwo, etc are powerhouses. i enjoy playing ness the most though.

I bought it when it first came out. I think I had the red cartridge. It was actually a really fun game, but I can't remember any of the names of any of the real big pokemon though.

there's koffing. he makes appearances in ssbm. says his name in a deep voice and then he makes clouds of gas and he always has a cold.

My little brother always kicked my ass with the Grass pokemon, so I developed an appreciation for Venusaur. I always liked Primeape and Blastoise personally.

Samus is my favorite character and I play with her in multi-player time matches, but for one on one battles a well-played jigglypuff can own ANYONE. Jump-jump-jump-drill-upthrow-jump-drill-sleepattack = GG. Just about impossible to defend against.

Although Samus is still great, big shots and spike = pwnage!

SSB64 is quite possibly the best multiplayer game ever made, me and my roommates spent years on this game. I seriously think that we're among the top 10 players in the world, our time games are ridiculous. Alas, the game is underappreciated.

SSBM is alright, but it just wasn't the same. Too many bells and whistles - I just couldn't reach my elite status.

Supposedly Ganondorf and Sheik are the top chars in Melee. Ever see those videos of pros playing and powergliding, airdodging, and kicking ass all over the place? Sick.
