Early in $5.5 Party tourney no good reads
Blinds 10/20

Dealt K /images/graemlins/spade.gifQ /images/graemlins/spade.gif in MP1
Limped...3 other limpers behind.

Flop Q /images/graemlins/club.gif8 /images/graemlins/spade.gif4 /images/graemlins/spade.gif
Hero Bets 90
CO-1 Calls everyone else folds

Turn blank, hero bets 90, call
river spade. Hero bets 90, CO-1 raises all in (has Hero covered by a little bit).

How was my betting throughout? Do you call the all-in?

I would. Players at that level are bad and will usually push all in with any flush. Chances are your K has him beat, or he may be bluffing-- Either way its +ev to call that in that particular tournament.

If I'm reading this right, you have the second nuts... I think you have to go all in.

You likely have the best hand on the flop, turn, and almost certainly on the river.

I'd bet more on the turn say 2/3 pot or so. And probably push on the river. The only way I muck this hand on the river is if my opponent somehow shows me his cards.

Only my opinion,

What spade was the river - it may have given him a straight. I agree with betting the turn more than you did the flop, between 1/2 and 2/3rds.

Thanks guys...I was pretty sure calling was correct and did so...of course he turns over Axs for nut flush. What're ya gonna do.

River spade gave no straight draw. Betting higher on the turn probably would've been better but he probably would've called anyway as this is a cheapo table with LAGs all over the place.

Thanks.
