I'm not getting them emailed to me. how do I fix that? They gave me a message saying that they're on my computer, but I can't find them. Need help, thanks.

Mine are in C:\Program Files\CoralEurobetPoker\HandHistory\username

i have those .txt files in that place on my PC too, but I can't download em to PT because it always says "error importing hands"

the ones that come in the e-mail are seriously [censored] up looking and you can't import them to PT.

hard drive ones are normal though, i don't know why you would have a problem with them.

Then why did your first post say you can't find them. You should have said PT gives an error when you try to import them. Then I wouldn't have wasted time copying the precise path into my reply to you, and would instead have referred you to the Pokertracker website (http://www.pokertracker.com) so you can get an answer from the guy who wrote the ferking software.

If you ask for them to be mailed they dont actually get mailed they are sitting in your email box on the casino site, log into your account on the website then move to casino you should see a little envelope near the top right corner, emaiul requests are normally there.
