Best way to develop action?

How would you guys have played the following in last nights Stars NL $20. 701 entrants, approx 40 left. Blinds at 600/1200 and going up soon.

I am in BB with short stack, approx $9K. SB has same size stack. On two occasions over the past hour I have pushed where the SB has completed the bet after the rest of the table has folded. (SB folded both times and is generally tight).

I am dealt AKs in the BB, all fold to SB, who completes.

I should?

Push, you dont have a hand yet. He could have anything, and may call normal raise with anything. If you push and he folds you collect a pot with a yet to be completed hand AK. If he calls you are almost certainly at least a 60/40 favorite to double up as the chance he has any pair is almost 0.
