It's amazing that the CIA approved its publication. High level officers must really hate Bush and Cheney.
The section on Afghanistan, let alone Iraq, indicates that only if the US expoentially escalates the number of forces,is prepared to kill hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of Afghans, and stays FOREVER, will the Karzai government have a CHANCE of survival.
That's the CIA talking. I guess Bush considers the CIA just soft on evil doers.
It's the only critical analysis of the situation in the Middle East that I've seen. Read it.
