1. Is there a way to add a thread to your favorites without replying to it? Sometimes I just want to see other people's answers?

2. Is there a more appropriate section to ask these kinds of admin questions?

1. open a thread and go to the bottom of the page and hit the "Favorite Thread! (toggle)" link...
