need to plan a bachelor party in Vegas...

My best buddy is getting married next summer, and I want to plan a bachelor party in Vegas for him. Does anyone have any suggestions / ideas / experiences they'd like to share?

Any advice would be helpful, as I've never planned a bachelor party before. So we can have general bachelor party stuff and stuff related to Vegas.

More specifically:

1. What strip clubs should we check out?
2. What hotel should we stay at (cheap + location are most important)?
3. Should we get one of those "VIP Tour nights"?
4. What clubs should we check out?
5. Where and how much to get private entertainment?
6. Where to rent limos?

And anything else you can think of.

They're probably be about 8 of us going in May sometime.

Cheetah's and Spearmint Rhino. Those places are ridiculous. More strippers than customers. Spearmint Rhino is pretty upscale on the inside w/ nice atmosphere, and Cheetah's isn't really like that.

The only two words you need to know with regards to entertainment: Spearmint Rhino.

I think NewYork NewYork is a great place to stay at for a Bachelor party. Good location and prices (for the strip). Good atmosphere and tons of fun with Coyote Ugly and the Piano Bar.

Hopefully someone from Vegas can give you suggestions with regard to clubs cause they change fairly often. I think one good one is called Dre's and I'm not sure if the Beach is still open but that place rocked. Oh and if your there over a Fri/Sat you have to spend some time at the Hard Rock Casino to check out the stylin crowd (read - lots of plastic) up from the cities for the weekend.
