Pokerstars crash... lost me 500 chips

I logged off and on to see if that could let me back in, maybe it was my computer. I had my cousin try to log on later. Then when Pokerstars ran again, it said I was already logged on when neither of us logged on and it took awhile to sort it out. I lost about 600 chips in an SnG. Is there anything I can do about this or do I just take the loss?

You should email and complain.

It appears that today they are being quite bad about this, but the more complaints they get, the more difficulty they will have denying it happened.

Don't get nasty with them, you were amongst the more fortunate I'm afraid, but make your point that you feel you were cost money, and make a sensible estimate as to how much.
