This one had me confused. I think I played it pretty badly. Cap preflop? Fold the turn? Call the river? UTG+1's numbers are 26/9.

Party 5/10 6-max 6-handed.

Hero is is dealt A /images/graemlins/heart.gifK /images/graemlins/spade.gif in the BB.

UTG+1 limps, CO limps, Hero raises, UTG+1 limp-reraises, CO calls, Hero caps, all call.

Flop (12 sb): 533r

Hero bets, UTG+1 raises, CO folds, Hero calls

Turn (8 bb): 9

Hero checks, UTG+1 bets, Hero calls

River (10 bb

Hero checks, UTG+1 bets, Hero folds

Can't see what the river card was, but actually it doesn't much matter...

With those stats a limp re-raise from UTG says AA to me. Maybe KK.

So, no I wouldn't cap preflop, I would call and see a flop.

Leading the flop the way you did I'd probably fold without even calling the raise and seeing the turn. After all, what do you want to see? A king? (I know the pot odds say call, but if you decide his likely hand is AA or KK you are drawing very thin).

If I made it as far as the turn I'd fold then.

If I found myself at the river I would fold then (unless an ace came on the river, and I guess I'd have to call if a K came too).

Perhaps I'm too pessimistic ....
