Is there any difference between the 200k and the Quarter million in terms of the players?
Who is playing?

Worst cards ever. But i am sure everyone has had that problem sometime.
Finally after what seemed to be 50 dry hands I was delt KK, blinds are 50/100.
Raised to 300. Two callers. Flop is 10 7 3, One guy goes all in, i call, the other folds, turn is 10, and river is 8. He wins with trip 10's jack kicker. Out of tournament at 595.

Couldn't get any cards for the first hour plus. Then I got dealt this:
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (10 handed)
SB (t1240)
BB (t1575)
UTG (t3270)
UTG+1 (t3750)
UTG+2 (t3265)
MP1 (t3875)
MP2 (t1325)
MP3 (t2720)
Hero (t1160)
Button (t3615)
Preflop: Hero is CO with 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
UTG calls t100, 5 folds, Hero calls t100, 1 fold, SB completes, BB checks.
Flop: (t400) 7/images/graemlins/club.gif, 6/images/graemlins/club.gif, 7/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG bets t225, Hero calls t225, SB folds, BB raises to t1475 (All-In), UTG folds, Hero calls t835 (All-In).
Turn: (t3160) 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players, 2 all-in)
River: (t3160) 5/images/graemlins/club.gif (2 players, 2 all-in)
Final Pot: t3160
Results in white below:
BB has 8s 5s (full house, fives full of sevens).
Hero has 7s 6s (full house, sevens full of sixes).
Outcome: Hero wins t2745. BB wins t415.
Now I'm up to 4395 on table 12

I got knocked out in 111th place - still in the money but should have done better. Blinds were 500/1000 and I had around 7500 in chips. Shortstacked but there were probably 40 people below me. I had pocket 7s in UTG+2. I limped in hoping this would scare people. The button raise. I went all-in (again, hoping that my limp raise would show some serious strength). But it's tough to show strength when someone has pocket aces. I lost.
I'm not sure if this was the right move to do. If it worked, I would have almost doubled up with a decent chance of placing much higher. If I folded (or just didn't enter the pot), I'd still be playing and probably have a much better chance to double up while at the same time moving up in the money.
So, chalk it up to a learning experience.
