My question is was it right to call it down, or should i have folded the turn. He probably had the queen when he continued betting after my flop raise.

Is the pot size worth it? You have to win more then 12% of the time to make the turn call. Basically, are you ahead more then 12% of the time if not you are drawing to 2 outs. If you are very sure he has the Q then fold. It all depends on your read.

I think you can and should lay it down here. It's very likely he's got the Q here. It's not a huge pot, save the bets.
