I'd fold. I don't think you have ace outs, UTG was drawing to a straight? if so there is a real possibility that he has A5 because he comes alive. I think you only have the fives. UTG+2 is being aggressive, looks like he's playing a set. But with the paired board and all this nutty play I think you could very well be beat.
