Is top two on this board worth an extra bet at a generally passive table? I know that there are lots of two pair hands out there that I'm likely beating, but I'm not sure if many of those will raise here.

Is BB one of the really passive guys?

Against an unknown, though, I just call down. If he is bluffing now, you'll probably induce another on the river. If he isn't, he will cap your 3-bet and MP3 will be out of the hand.

This is fine. Against passive players, 3-betting the turn would be a chip bleeding play.
