Very basic question. I know ordinarily AK is more likely than AA, although I can't remember the exact odds (I'm thinking 32 possibilities vs. 12, or 1.21% vs. .45%). But if you have KK (removing one king from the deck), what are the odds of the opponent having AK vs. AA (I'm thinking 24 vs. 12, or .9% vs. .45%)? Thanks.

If you have KK,
there are still 6 combinations of AA and there are now 8 combinations of AK. AK is still more likely.

According to http://www.learn-texas-holdem.com/texas-holdem-odds-probabilities.htm AA vs KK is a .004% chance or 1 in 22560 so when it happens to you you have a good reason to be upset. I'm not sure about KK vs AK.

That's heads up though, right? I think at a ten handed table
the probability of KK running into AA is 19.5 to 1. According to Texas Hold em by Ken Warren.

19.5-to-1 should be for 10 opponents (11 players) rather than 10 players due to the error (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Board=probability&Number=112 1303&Forum=,All_Forums,&Words=&Searchpage=0&Limit= 25&Main=1118214&Search=true&where=&Name=197&datera nge=&newerval=&newertype=&olderval=&oldertype=&bod yprev=#Post1121303) I found In Warren's table.
