You should raise AQo preflop in this position approximatley 100% of the time.

You should have 3 bet the flop which changes the dynamic of the turn. If he caps you can respect him on the turn.

River is fine.

Overall: more aggression is needed.

raise preflop, call any 3-bet

3-bet the flop when it's raised to you.

Lead the turn, if raised then you can call down.

The river should probably be 3-bet like it was.

The player was passive with a set. You saved money.
